Terms of Service

These terms apply to services from NextGen Exteriors LLC. By booking a service or using this site, you agree to these terms.

Quotes

Quotes are valid for 30 days. If the job is different than described, we will agree on any price change with you before continuing.

Scheduling and Weather

We may reschedule for rain, wind, snow, or freezing temperatures. We never charge a fee when we reschedule for weather.

Before Your Service

Please close windows and doors, move vehicles if asked, keep pets inside, give us access to an outdoor spigot and outlet, and tell us about any damage or fragile items.

Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for damage from pre-existing problems like loose siding, damaged shingles, failed window seals, or worn paint. Some stains like rust, oil, and hard water may not fully come out.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is done. We accept cash, check, card, Venmo, and online invoice payment.

Cancellations

Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less notice are charged 25% of the quoted total.

Christmas Light Installation

  • All lights, clips, timers, and materials provided by NextGen Exteriors remain the property of NextGen Exteriors. Customers pay for design, installation, in-season service, takedown, and use of the lights for the season.
  • Lights and materials are removed at takedown and stored by NextGen Exteriors.
  • Service calls for bulbs or sections that stop working are included during the season. Damage caused by weather, animals, or third parties may require an additional charge.
  • Takedown is completed in January.
  • We use removable clips and do not nail, staple, or screw into your home unless you approve it.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of our work, contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will come back and fix the issue at no charge. Refunds are not provided for completed services, but we will make it right.

Photos

We may take before and after photos of your property for quality control and marketing. We will not show your house number, license plates, or personal information. Let us know if you prefer we do not use photos of your property.

Limitation of Liability

NextGen Exteriors is licensed and insured. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the service, except where the law does not allow this limit. Any damage claim must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages as described in our Privacy Policy. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Website Use

Content on this website is for general information. We may update services, pricing, and these terms at any time.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
